Objectives
▪ Design, organize, and manage the logistical and functional structure of the physical spaces of the Regional Territorial Units and the E.U-Re.C.o.V.E System
▪ Design and develop the common virtual space, the technological blueprint, and the digital functions/tools supporting the International Structure: E.U-Re.C.o.V.E
PLATFORM, Digital Tool Kit (OER), and Repository
▪ Develop and define methodological guidelines for Social Urban Regeneration - the training model of the E.U-Re.C.o.V.E System (methodologies, skills assessment
systems, curricula, tools, organizational models, services, management and sustainability regulations)
Task No: T2.1
Technical and logistical organization. Establishment of a Task Force composed of technical/administrative staff for each of the four Territorial Unit's partners, with the role of identifying and preparing the physical infrastructure to host the Unit's activities. Verification through inspections and testing regarding the suitability and safety of locations, spaces, structures, and equipment, as well as the technical and logistical organization (functional areas and basic and additional services). Mapping of spaces and development of a Logistical and Functional Plan, including the definition of organizational responsibility units for each individual Territorial Unit. The four Territorial Plans incorporate and regulate the general guidelines provided by the International Steering Committee, as well as the contents of the Management Regulations and the Environmental Code of Ethics and Conduct.

Needs Analysis and Assessment. The Lead Partner UNIKG will be responsible for providing all partners with the methodology to follow, along with methods and tools for documentary research, case studies, and focus group discussions, to gain in-depth knowledge of current best practices. This will support the design of the needs analysis for our target groups and stakeholders. All partners will actively participate in this task. They will collect and exchange data on the specific and common requirements of end users at a more detailed level and will update the data used in the analysis with the most recent information. This will include interviews with experts and potential value-added multipliers to ensure a growing distribution network. The data obtained from this sub-activity will be used to design the features and functionalities of the platform.
Platform Architecture Definition. The Lead Partner will oversee the design of the platform's architecture. The platform will consist of two integrated components: A. The e-learning environment will be set up using the open-access Moodle software, and B. The Community of Practice (CoP) Portal. The definition process and functions will include the following phases: Technological stack, Content development, Pedagogical model, Governance and collaboration, Monitoring and evaluation, Cultural and contextual sensitivity, Sustainability and scalability. Definition of the key elements of the Moodle-based educational platform for the EU-Re.CoVE project and the Community of Practice (CoP) environment, including the study and integration of AIpowered Moodle plugins (descriptive details in Chapter 1.3).

Learning Course - MOOC, Pictory and/or Synthesia. A joint e-learning curriculum (EQF level 3-5 and EQF level 6), featuring phases of e-classroom and e-mobility, focused on Social Urban Regeneration. Digital Storytelling. Will be a central tool in the open education innovation process, defined as the combination of the art of storytelling and various digital tools, including images, audio, video, and online text. Augmented Reality Tools. Development of models, content, and tools for augmented teaching that establish a strategic complementarity between formal and nonformal learning. This will include the application of learning-by-doing techniques, role-play simulations, use of Virtual Reality (VR) and the metaverse. AI Educational and Training Tools. Integration of tools such as ChatGPT, Canva Classroom Magic, Quizizz, Duolingo, Google Classroom, Mentimeter, as well as Hackathons and a WordPress-based CMS for the Community of Practice (Descriptive details in Chapter 1.3).

OER Repository. This consists of an archive of educational materials, known as Open Educational Resources (OERs), designed to be freely accessible to learners, tutors, and trainers participating in training and cooperation activities, without copyright restrictions. The repository will feature a customized categorization system tailored to users' needs. Within each category, resources will be further classified based on competence levels (e.g., beginner, intermediate, advanced) and accessibility features (e.g., screen reader compatibility, keyboard navigation, alternative formats). Users will be able to download, adapt, and redistribute materials according to their specific needs and learning contexts. By adopting open licenses, the repository aims to foster a culture of sharing, collaboration, and innovation, while supporting the development of digital skills. A quality assurance process will be established to support the OER repository, ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of its educational content. To this end, we will follow the framework provided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), which offer clear guidance for making digital content perceivable, operable, and understandable for all target groups. Each resource will undergo checks to ensure usability and clarity. Additionally, user feedback will be regularly collected to identify potential areas for improvement and to ensure the repository continues to be a valuable training support resource.

The EU.Re-CoVE Guidelines. The EU.ReCoVE Guidelines represent a key milestone of the project, as they define the concept, objectives, methods, approaches, activities, and implementation and evaluation tools that underpin the training activities of Work Packages WP03, WP04, and WP05. At the conclusion of the Capacity Building Labs Program (T2.5), a working group led by the Coordinator (P1) will be responsible for collecting reports, content, and contributions, processing them, and drafting a single document in English, to be developed as a final electronic product. Each partner will then translate the document into their own language. The working group will consist of 2 members (researchers/technicians/trainers) from the university and VET partner institutions. Additionally, 1 technical staff member per partner will collaborate and support the group by facilitating access to and processing of the required documentation. The Final Product will be divided into thematic sections corresponding to the content areas of each LAB, along with a dedicated section outlining the concept and training methodology for Social Urban Regeneration. Annexes to the Guidelines will include: General Training Plan in Social Urban Regeneration, structured according to EQF levels 5 and 6 and continuous education for adults and entrepreneurs. Internship and Learning Mobility Plan at the international level. EU.Re-CoVE Platform User Manual. Definition of the Competence Assessment Plan, including evaluation tools and qualification certification for EQF 5 and EQF 6 levels and adult education.
